Who we are

Tactee® project was born from the union of the professional experiences of Federico Veneziano, Physiotherapist and Osteopath, and Daria Tirone, Engineer with expertise in Industrial Design and Technical product Design.

Together they set up their company, Functionable, within the I3P – Innovative Enterprises Incubator of the Polythecnic of Turin and one of the leading Enterprise Incubators at European
level.

The Tactee® project has been implemented at the Spinal Cord Unit in Turin, where the quadriplegic people who suffer from a severe grasping deficit tested the first prototypes.

Both the magnetic hook and the specific design are part of the innovation of the Tactee® system which is a constantly evolving and developing with one main goal: to improve the quality of daily life, enabling people to become more autonomous and independent.
